Widely acclaimed as “one of the best live bands in NYC,” People vs. Larsen presents an innovative voice in the jazz/indie/blues scenes in NYC. The band has performed all over the US, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East. Emanating from a wide breath of influence centered around the blues, People vs. Larsen delivers a musical experience which infuses jazz, blues, rock, and indie music, giving audiences a powerful, soulful and uplifting experience.

People vs. Larsen is comprised of Tom Larsen (guitar/vocals), Wayne Tucker (trumpet), Dave Tedeschi (drums) and Todd Caldwell (organ). They have played and studied with notable musicians and ensembles such as Postmodern Jukebox, John Abercrombie, Tivon Pennicott, Aaron Parks, Myron Walden, Kenneth Salters, Melissa Aldana, Joel Frahm, and Ari Hoenig The band has venues across New York, and continues a four year residency at the McKittrick Hotel. They have toured all over the Northeastern US, California, Southeastern United States, as well as Mexico.
